Out of our offices in Richland, WA, we perform every facet of the appraisal process: from receiving the order, property inspections (including photos & measuring), to writing, and submitting the appraisal report.
As a Washington State Certified Appraisal company, we only appraise residential properties up to 4-unit dwellings. The scope of our appraisal and consulting experience, however, does include proposed residential developments and feasability studies. A general appraiser must be sought to perform commercial property appraisals.
